She was joined by Actress Vicki Michelle, best known for playing Yvette in the hit BBC series Allo Allo, who was presented with an MBE for her charity work.
Tamara shared the proud moment with her eight-year-old daughter Minty, from her marriage to Matthew Mellon.

The former accessories editor for Vogue started the company with shoe maker Jimmy Choo using a small loan from her father.
Since the first boutique opened in London in 1996, Jimmy Choo now has a total of 115 stores worldwide in 39 countries.
She has denied reports the company is up for sale.
She told Vogue: "I'm not going anywhere.
'There is too much future growth in the business for me to leave now.
'We're looking at all the different options available to us and it's hard to know which is preferable until we've really examined them all.'
